This is a dynamic dual position combining childcare responsibilities with deck support duties. The successful candidate will be expected to create engaging, active daily routines, assist with homework and organisation, and maintain a safe, well-structured environment for the child. On deck, you will confidently support watersports operations (jet ski, paddle boards), tender activities, and collaborate closely with both deck and interior teams.
