Chief Officer - Charter Motor Yacht

Position: Chief Officer Vessel: 40m Motor Yacht Operation: Private / Charter Base: South of France We are seeking a Chief Officer to join a 40m private/charter motor yacht operating on a single-season program based in the South of France. Role & Responsibilities • Hands-on deck role during trips and turnarounds • Strong leadership and team management on deck • Maintaining charts and nautical publications up to date • Performing all required safety checks • Supporting and maintaining a strong onboard safety culture • Assisting with navigation and passage planning • Teaching, mentoring, and leading deck crew Candidate Profile • Strong leadership qualities • Excellent seamanship skills • Highly safety-conscious • Confident with navigation and passage planning • Motivated and driven, working towards OOW • Fluent in English (spoken and written) What’s Offered • Salary DOE • 60 days leave per year • Private / Charter mixed operation • Hands-on, responsibility-driven role Application Please send CV
