Experienced Deckhand – Private 30m Catamaran

Position: Experienced Deckhand Vessel: New build private hybrid catamaran Operation Area: Mediterranean We are looking for an experienced and motivated Deckhand to join the crew of a new build private 30m hybrid catamaran operating in the Mediterranean. This role is suited to a professional deckhand with solid onboard experience, strong seamanship skills, and a proactive attitude, capable of maintaining the yacht to the highest standards and supporting all deck operations. Duties & Responsibilities • Assisting with all deck operations • Exterior maintenance and general upkeep • Supporting navigational watches • Assisting with guest operations and water activities • Ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional exterior presentation of the yacht Requirements • Proven experience as a deckhand • Good seamanship skills and understanding of deck operations • Strong work ethic • Reliable, punctual, and disciplined attitude • Ability to work well in a team and take initiative when required • Valid and up-to-date maritime certifications • Fluent English (spoken and written) What’s Offered • Permanent position • Competitive salary package (DOE) • Long-term project with opportunities for longevity and professional growth Application Please send your CV and references
