Captain – Leopard 53 Power Catamaran (Private)

Vessel: Leopard 53 Power Catamaran Use: Private (Non-Charter) Contract Period: 1 May 2026 – 31 October 2026 Private owners are looking for an experienced Captain for a Leopard 53 Power Catamaran based in Montenegro. The yacht will cruise mainly in Montenegro and Croatia (Adriatic Sea), with potential cruising in Greece. Requirements • Proven experience on motor yachts / power catamarans • Proven experience on 50+ ft catamarans • Strong navigation, voyage planning, and safety skills • Independent, responsible, and service-oriented • Valid skipper / captain licenses • Ability to operate and prepare water sports equipment (wakeboard, SUP, snorkeling/diving gear, water toys) Responsibilities • Full command and safe operation of the yacht • Route and weather planning • Yacht preparation: provisioning, cleaning, and readiness before/during trips • High service standards for owners and guests • Coordination with marinas and suppliers Advantages • Cooking skills (strong plus) • Adriatic and/or Greek waters experience • Technical know-how Terms • Salary: €3,500 – €4,000 per month (DOE) • Accommodation: Private captain’s cabin onboard • Private-use yacht (non-charter)
