Job Offer: Catamaran Skipper
📍 Location: Monaco (home port) / Alicante, Spain (shipyard)
📅 Start Date: Mid-November 2025
📄 Contract: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced skipper to manage and operate our catamarans.
Responsibilities:
Safe navigation, crew coordination, and guest service
Oversee daily operations and maintenance
Work with the shipyard in Alicante for repairs and upgrades
Represent the company at marinas and events
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years experience on 45–65 ft catamarans
Excellent English (French, Spanish, Italian, or German a plus)
Strong technical and maintenance knowledge
Professional and well-presented
Willing to work between Monaco and Spain
