Position: Rotational Chief Officer Vessel: 52m Private / Charter Motor Yacht Current Location: Caribbean We are looking for an experienced Rotational Chief Officer to join a 52m motor yacht, starting at the end of January. Cruising Plans • Caribbean cruising (ATM) • Atlantic crossing in April • Mediterranean charter season 2026 Charters: • 2 charters confirmed in June • Available for charter through end of August The Yacht • Private / Charter operation • Full ISM / ISPS compliant • Busy but rewarding program • Hands-on, professional English owners The Role • 70 / 30 Office / Deck split • Strong involvement on deck during charters and owner trips • Assisting with setup, operations, and overall deck efficiency • Ideal for someone who enjoys being part of an active, well-run team Requirements • Proven Chief Officer experience • Good longevity and commitment • Confident with ISM / ISPS • Positive attitude and willingness to be hands-on on deck
