Deckhand Position – (Caribbean Season)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deckhand to join a 50m private motor yacht. The vessel is family-oriented and focuses heavily on water sports and guest enjoyment. This is an immediate start position, as the yacht will soon depart for the Caribbean. Requirements • Positive, friendly, and professional attitude with both crew and owners • Strong deck maintenance skills: sikaflex work, painting, sanding, varnishing, and general deck upkeep • Hands-on, proactive, and able to take initiative • Experience handling tenders is highly preferred, especially a 37’ tender with twin outdrives • B1/B2 visa in hand is considered a strong plus Preferred Qualifications / Additional Advantages • Yachtmaster certificate is a strong advantage • Motivated to progress and build a long-term career in the yachting industry • Water sports experience is beneficial (wakeboard, snorkeling, diving, etc.) Contract Details • Start Date: Immediate • Location: Caribbean • Contract: Seasonal, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate To Apply Please send your CV to deckcrew2019@gmail.com with the subject line “Experienced Deck”.
