Deckhand – 50m Mangusta – Florida/Bahamas Private 50m (165ft) yacht is looking for a full-time Deckhand. The yacht is currently in the yard until Christmas 2025, then will cruise privately in Florida and the Bahamas. Details: Start: ASAP Location: Florida / Bahamas Contract: Full-time, permanent Use: Private, not charter Requirements: At least 1 year experience on yachts 40m+ Skills in washdowns, detailing, lines, tender driving, and watersports STCW, ENG1 (valid), PBL2 required, RYA Yachtmaster preferred B1/B2 visa, US passport, or Greencard Non-smoker, professional look Able to work in yard and guest service periods Profile: Positive, hardworking, and a good team player Attention to detail Can work independently Package: Salary: $3,500/month (DOE) Leave: 38 days/year Flights and medical insurance included 📧 Send CV, references, and certificates
