Deck/Engineer – Sailing Yacht

Join a professional and friendly crew aboard a 45m private sailing yacht with a light regatta program. This dual deck/engineering position is ideal for a hands-on, versatile crewmember who enjoys both technical work and sailing. The right candidate will have a strong sailing background, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive, team-first attitude. Requirements: • 1–2+ years’ experience in the yachting industry • Strong sailing background; large SY experience preferred • Yachtmaster (YM) and AEC 1 & 2 – mandatory • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance • Solid understanding of deck operations, rigging, and upkeep • Proactive, positive team player • Available to start within 1–2 weeks • 42 days annual leave • Full medical coverage
