Chief Stewardess

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Chief Stewardess to join a 35m charter motor yacht based in Türkiye. This is a permanent role requiring strong leadership, excellent service standards, and the ability to manage both winter preparations and peak-season interior operations. Winter Responsibilities 👉 During the winter, the Chief Stewardess will work solo, overseeing: • Interior warranty works • Managing crew areas • Creating & updating the yacht’s interior SOPs & SAPs • Preparing all interior systems and procedures for the upcoming season Summer Responsibilities 👉 For the summer season, she will: • Build and train an interior team of 3 • Deliver world-class guest service • Maintain high standards across all interior operations Requirements ✔️ Previous experience as Chief Stewardess on similar-sized yachts ✔️ Strong service, organization & leadership skills ✔️ Excellent knowledge of wines, cocktails & fine table service ✔️ Confident in creating and maintaining SOPs/SAPs ✔️ Fluent in English ✔️ Valid & up-to-date certificates and documents ✔️ Professional, motivated, and committed to longevity
